Attractiveness is mostly things you can control. In order of ROI:
1. Body composition (60% of the lift). Below 18% body fat with visible shoulders changes how everyone treats you. Not optional. See the muscle-building plan for the exact protocol.
2. Grooming and clothes (20%). Get a real haircut every 4 weeks, not Supercuts. Trim your beard or shave clean, don't pick stubble. Buy 5 t-shirts that fit your shoulders, not your gut. One pair of dark jeans, one pair of clean white sneakers, one bomber jacket. You're done.
3. Posture and voice (10%). Shoulders back, chest open, slow your speech down 20%. People interpret slow speech as authority.
4. Status / craft (10%). Be visibly good at something. Not "I work in finance." "I run an ad agency that hit $40k MRR last month." Specificity = status.
What doesn't matter (and what the internet lies about): height beyond what you can't change, jawline surgery, expensive watches, having "game lines," memorized openers.
The order matters. A 6'4 guy with no muscle, bad skin, and the wrong haircut loses to a 5'9 guy who nailed all four above. Stack them.
