Confidence is not "believing in yourself." It's having a track record with yourself. You don't think your way into it, you build it.
The formula: Set hard, measurable promises to yourself. Keep them. Repeat. That's the entire mechanism.
Where to start:
1. Pick 3 daily promises. Make them small enough you can't fail. - Bed made before leaving the room - 50 push-ups - 30 minutes of focused work before your phone
2. Keep them for 30 days straight. Don't add more. Don't skip. The point isn't the push-ups, it's the proof.
3. After 30 days, add a hard one. Something that scares you a little. Cold approach a woman. Quit a job you hate. Start the business. Whatever your version is.
4. Track it. Boring apps work. Streaks compound psychologically.
What doesn't work: - Affirmations in the mirror - "Manifesting" - Reading another self-help book before you've executed on the last one - Vibes-based "mindset work"
The reason confident guys are confident is that they have 100s of receipts of doing hard things they said they'd do. You build that one rep at a time. There's no version of this that's fast, but there's a version that's certain.
